With a passion for fitness and performance, I specialise in enhancing athletic abilities and transforming body composition. My goal is to empower you to achieve your fitness aspirations through personalised coaching and evidence-based training. Whatever your goal, together we can achieve it.

Tailored training programs designed to fit your unique goals and lifestyle, aimed at maximizing your potential and achieving sustainable results. Delivered to you through my coaching app, you will be able to track your progress and receive feedback, all inside the app on your phone.

Nutrition Guidance

Expert nutritional advice and personalised meal plans to support your fitness journey and optimise your overall well-being. Including weight cutting for combat sports.

Personal Training

My personal coaching is a one-on-one or small group approach to help you achieve your goals. I’ll identify strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop a plan to reach them. With regular and ongoing support, I’ll provide guidance, accountability, and motivation to help you succeed. Sessions can cover Strength and Conditioning, Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. Based at the Warehouse in Swansea.

Performance Analysis

Utilising video analysis and the latest technology we can track your progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimise your performance outcomes.
